Myslenice Arena
The Sports Hall is located in Zarabie, in the recreational part of Myslenice. The facility offers full-size basketball, volleyball, handball, indoor football, futsal and table tennis courts. It is a training camp for professional sports teams.
The facility was built in 2009. The stands can accommodate 566 people. The hall has eight cloakrooms and extensive facilities. In the immediate vicinity of the hall there are green areas and several football fields.
About Myslenice
Myslenice is a charming town located 35 kilometers from Krakow. The city is located in the Beskid Wyspowy and is surrounded by forested hills. Chełm dominates the surroundings. This elevation, 648 meters above sea level, is the site of winter and summer sports activities.
The first mention of the city appeared in the years 1253 – 1258. Myslenice was then part of the defensive fortifications guarding access to Krakow, which was then the capital of Poland.
The Sports Hall is located in the recreational part of Myślenice, in Zarabie, right on the Raba River. Its rocky shores are a favorite leisure spot for the inhabitants of Myslenice and Kraków.
