Who will play in the women’s beach soccer tournament at the European Games
We have learned about the women’s national teams that will compete for medals at the European Games Krakow Małopolska 2023. Six teams will play in Tarnów.
To qualify for the Games, teams had to take part in the Euro Beach Soccer League, which began in July in Portugal and the finals were held in September in Italy. Six teams competed in Sardinia, with Spain winning ahead of Italy, Portugal, Ukraine, England and the Czech Republic.
The top five teams plus Poland as host qualified for the Games. The tournament will be played at the Tarnów Beach Sports Centre from 27 June to 1 July. England, which does not have its own Olympic committee, will be replaced by the Czech Republic.
