Bernardette SZOCS of Romania wins gold medal in the table tennis singles tournament at the European Games Kraków – Małopolska 2023. In the final, the player from Romania defeated YANG Xiaoxin from Monaco after a dramatic 4-3. The bronze medal was won by another Romanian, Elizabeta SAMARA, who after an equally dramatic match defeated the Polish representative and her club friend from Tarnobrzeg, Natalia BAJOR, 4-3.
