Kolna Sports Centre

The Canoe Course, on which we will admire the canoe slalom, is located in the Bielany-Tyniec Landscape Park in Kraków. Together with the hotel, swimming pool and saunas, they form the Kolna Sports and Recreation Centre. The 320-meter course is the only facility of its kind in Poland! It serves as a Canoe Slalom Continental Training Cenre and the Olympic Preparation Centre of the Polish Canoe Association. Thanks to the roofing with a heating system and lighting, from autumn to spring trainings in an extreme conditions of flowing water can be held here. There’s no other place like this in the world!

A special role in the history and functioning of the city is played by the Jagiellonian University, which is the oldest university in Poland! There are also 43 city parks and 5 nature reserves in the area of Krakow, so it is eagerly visited by those who especially appreciate contact with nature. In Krakow, nearly 100 festivals and other cultural events are also held annually.
